I'm a learning designer with 5 years experience in healthcare and 10 years total in training and education. My talent development experiences started with classroom instruction, and have expanded to include (but not limited to) designing & delivering virtual instructor training (VILT), blended learning experiences, and e-learning courses. I've also managed an LMS and developed non-training solutions for clients as well.

Within those experiences, I've found my greatest strengths to be managing learning projects and working directly with clients to develop the training and learning solutions they need. There's nothing like finding the rhythm of a project and seeing it worked to completion!
